Case: 44mm diameter - stainless steel case, brushed with polished accents - trademark crown protection - domed sapphire crystal with AR coating - screwed solid steel back - 100m water-resistant. Here is a simple pictural comparison between the Jacob caseback vs the caseback you get with DSN's 27 series. First off, Engravings: jacob has very nice and smooth engravings, while the dsn looks ok, perhaps it is etched?
